A little bit about me

Vaughan Virtual Assistance (VVA) was founded in 2025 by me, Janene Vaughan, bringing together over 20 years of PA and EA experience with a genuine passion for helping people and businesses work smarter.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported executives across a wide range of sectors (the good, the bad and everything in between!), building a wealth of transferable skills, knowledge and experience to tackle just about any challenge thrown my way.

I spent the majority of my career within a FTSE 100 multinational bank, working at C-suite level across Public Affairs, the CEO Office, Internal Communications, Media, Information Security and Real Estate. This has given me a broad understanding of business, an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to different people, priorities and working styles.

For me, great PA support goes beyond simply ticking things off a to-do list. I believe in taking the time to truly understand my clients, their brand, their vision for the future, and their likes (and, perhaps more importantly, their dislikes!).

This personal approach allows me to tailor my support to your individual needs, bringing calm to your admin chaos and giving you the time, headspace and freedom to focus on what really matters.

"Janene worked as my PA for several years and was outstanding at her job.  She understands your specific requirements, has an amazing intuition for what needs to be done and how you like things, and she is pro-active and self sufficient.  Janene is also excellent and personable with external clients, including with high level contacts.  I had several different PAs over many decades and she was the best"

Why choose a Virtual Assistant?

Flexible support, without the overheads

The way businesses operate has changed dramatically over the past 20 years, and so has the demand for PA support. With rising employment costs and businesses looking for smarter ways to manage their budgets, hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) makes more sense than ever.

You get all the benefits of experienced PA support, without the cost and commitment of employing someone in-house. No holiday pay, employer National Insurance contributions, pension contributions, sick pay, office space, equipment or software licences to worry about. Just professional, reliable support when you need it.

Need 10 hours of support one month and 60 the next? No problem. VVA offers the flexibility to scale your support up or down as your workload changes, so you only pay for the help you actually need.

And the best part? You decide how I can help. Whether it's business admin, personal tasks or a combination of the two, I'm here to take those time-consuming jobs off your hands (especially the ones you never seem to get around to, or simply don't want to do!).

Less admin. Fewer overheads. More time to focus on what matters.

"We recently had need of additional admin support to cover annual leave.  Janene Vaughan was recommended to us by a previous client and I am so glad to have found Vaughan Virtual Assistance.  Her work was exemplary and she immediately understood our requirements.  Will certainly use again.  Thank you Janene"
